Odyssey is an Australian rock band, formed in 2002 with Robert Ianni on lead vocals and guitar, his cousin Marco Ianni on bass guitar, Peter Fitzgerald on drums and David Welch on the unmistakable Hammond organ. Odyssey have just recorded their first self-titled EP produced by Australian music legend Peter Northcote.

Odyssey is essentially a rock band, blending country, blues and roots music. The name of the band symbolises the lyrics of their songs which bring together the myriad of life’s journeys, and it is this evocative song writing by Robert and Marco that has been favourably compared to Powderfinger and Bruce Springsteen. Odyssey are sure to become indelible on the landscape of Australian music.
